There's scratches and small dents on the surface. I was worry if I have to return the item as defect. Discuss with my mechanic if it is possible to smoothen it. I am lucky, it is possible. I would suggest to seller to pay attention to condition of item sold more careful and ensure proper packing (bubble wrap all around) to prevent scratches due to bad handling by courier that is inevitable. Otherwise, it would have been near perfect.

The kit works. They never flash the APIM. So the ac control doesn't work out of box. I have to download an asbuilt file from motorcraftservice with a VIN from carmax. After struggling with the forsan software for 2 hours got it working. And you need the VCP driver to make the forscan adapter work. The part fit but require a lot of work both on hardware and software.
