  Disappointed. I ordered this part on the basis of it being described as brand new, genuine GE. I ordered this part on the basis of the picture showing a genuine GE part with a genuine GE box. I received a bare metal part in a plain brown box with a handwritten product label with minimal packing material. Product was slightly bent, but usable. No way of knowing if this is GE OEM or a less expensive substitute.
