  I ordered a Subaru switch assembly from PartPro Depot on April 15, 2025. Unfortunately, the box was harpooned by the USPS during shipment that completely destroyed the entire assembly. PartPro Depot was very helpful with an incredibly fast response to replace the item or refund the money. I will definitely consider them in the future for any of my eBay purchases going forward.

  Was a bit disappointed in the shipping time to say the least. Especially considering what it was for. When you order a replacement lock assembly chances are pretty good that your car is currently immobilized. took the package a full week to arrive, which meant i couldnt use the vehicle. I totally understand that it was a delivery issue more than a seller issue, but it was kinda infuriating.
