  I ordered a Subaru switch assembly from PartPro Depot on April 15, 2025. Unfortunately, the box was harpooned by the USPS during shipment that completely destroyed the entire assembly. PartPro Depot was very helpful with an incredibly fast response to replace the item or refund the money. I will definitely consider them in the future for any of my eBay purchases going forward.

  Port arrived well packed in great condition quality part. Good value looks great. I was a little confused about the shipping though. I ordered it on Thursday. Paid for two day shipping didn’t receive it until Monday.  I thought I would have received it on Saturday being that FedEx does deliver on Saturdays.
