    the fact that i had to wait this long for a non resolution an only a refund should not happen. i have a strong feeling you did not have the item ready to ship never sent it and the manufacturer as been out of stock of this item for a long time. You told me you where trying to contact then to get another top be sent, but yet you ebay ad says you still have 1 in stock.

Do not hesitate buying from them as they will make sure you are taken care of. My package was missing a small part of it and they send me it free of charge!
