finally item arrived, lt was late, the item did arrive in good condition and the seller did put some extras in the package which I appreciate. there was never any seller communication to me as the buyer, ebay contacted me when seller made an update. I feel like I'm spending my money as a customer to help support your business, I think at the very least the seller could have sent a message letting me know they got my message and was working to resolve the issue. it was a very cold transaction.

I love these little trees and they arrived as advertised and securely wrapped. Choosing colors, a BIG plus for me and also the trunks are separate from the bushy tops which allows you to adjust size. I sent a question to the seller and was answered almost immediately. I'm using them on cards mostly next to little houses, churches, and also will use for landscapes.
