    This was a huge disappointment. The listing clearly stated “new in box”—yet the item arrived loosely wrapped in bubble wrap with no box at all. On top of that, the bottle pictured in the listing has a label. Mine had no label whatsoever. How am I supposed to trust what's in this bottle? For all I know, it could be water or worse. This feels completely unprofessional and misleading. This is not what I paid for. I want a full refund and won’t be buying from this seller again.
