  Seller did not disclose that signature would be required until AFTER the package was already a few days later than expected. I am very experienced with the FedEx app and was not able to redirect he package to a home for pickup near me. I contacted the seller and he promptly redirected it to a further one that I had no clue where it was without asking me further delaying the process and creating a lock on the delivery looping it. He did offer to accept it if unable to sign and was nice.
