  A label was created a couple days after purchase then no updates for almost 2 weeks. Arrived outside of the delivery window. On top of that, the wrong item was sent to me. I purchased a completely different book than what was shipped to me. The item was described as “new” and came with rips/tears. They issued me a refund, so I appreciate that, however, I needed this book for my work and now I have to wait for another. Would not recommend this seller.
