Delivery was on time, however the parcel of LED globes that were clearly marked "FRAGILE" were thrown of the 1.8 metre fence onto the lawn. The boxes were crumpled. Appears to not have damaged the globes but very poor service by the delivery provider. Rated 5 stars for the seller. If I had the option to rate the delivery provider, I would give 0 stars.

A bird picked the parcel and punched some holes and left the set of screws and the rest of the parcel on our front lawn. We do have a letterbox and the bird can't get access to the contents inside the letterbox.
