Supposedly the box had 'a small amount of damage' but we really didn't see that. The seller was a good communicator with lots of information and was a little uneasy about my questions about 'what if we needed to return the item' but I explained that I was just making sure that there WAS a refund/return policy if the item came and was broken or damaged etc. But it was PERFECT!!
