The item was advertised as refurbished and certified through eBay and Microsoft and was complete and in pristine condition in refurb packaging. Item was packed securely and secure.   Absolutely 10/10 service!!!! It took 3 business days (one weekend day Sunday) to ship from California all the way to Florida, absolutely astonishing delivery speed! It arrived in a massive box as a refurbished product and well protected through shipping, it came with a warranty and exactly as described, I have it all set up and now currently using it as a secondary desktop.
