Thank you for visiting our store. You will find we sell a variety of different grade items, anything from new to shelf pulls, customer returns and discontinued items. What this means is some of the items will come to us with distressed boxes or factory packaging. Most is in very good condition not only packaging but also product. If we find a defect upon inspection we will note that in our postings. We use actual photos of the product you will receive. Which means we will take the item out of its packaging (if it has been opened or if factory seal has been broken) and we take pictures of that actual item. We offer free shipping on all of our products unless otherwise stated, so we don't create many offers or highest bidder postings. This helps us to keep our prices lower and offer you the best prices possible. Keep in mind we have a policy of handling time that it is 1 day from the time you order until we ship it out, unless ordered on a weekend or holiday. Typical delivery 3-4 days.
