    The item was delivered broken. And while it states returns not accepted this was the fault of the item, not ours. They agreed to a return/refund. I have been going back and forth with them since 6/17/25 and still have no refund. We have been patient, have gone above and beyond to receive a refund. I have several emails stating 2-3 more days. A delay. 2-3 more days. I’m sick of it. This was a horrible experience. A hard lesson for an 11 year old with his chore/bday $.
