    Ceramic ladle was wrapped in a single piece of paper rather than anything protective like bubble wrap so of course, it arrived broken in pieces. Pretty ridiculous. Seller was very polite and apologetic, but the ladle was the only piece I actually wanted out of the two pieces in the lot. Seller offered $10 credit out of $40. I accepted rather than argue but it was really frustrating. I might order again but nothing fragile.

    Seller reached out to apologize for jumping to conclusions and stated it absolutely *was* his ladle. I really appreciate the apology.

    To be clear, I did apologize for making the mistake of not wrapping the ladle properly and offered a credit which was accepted. I should have checked the ladle wrapping before shipment. I learned my lesson early on as an eBay seller that any mailing service does not handles packages with care and do my best to package breakables as much as possible. Read my feedback. I did not jump to any conclusions and readily accepted responsibility.
