  I purchased what appeared to be a nice crewneck hoodie but when I received it it was a sweatshirt with hood cut off with scissors fraying it. There was no collar on this shirt. I was first told no refunds then later told a refund but I would have to pay the return shipping which was about the same price as the shirt. No where in the description does it say that a hood was cut off.
