  I cannot speak too highly of this whole process buying from Orion Motor Tech. They contacted me quickly and regularly throughout the process. They responded rapidly and very helpfully to all of my emails. Their shipper was also a delight to work with, delaying the delivery at my request because I was away and delivering the lathe exactly when they said they would.   Amazing experience. Fast shipping and communication. UPS had delivered to a unknown address and the seller was going to send a replacement. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. Lucky, the person who received it by accident returned it to my house. Been using the motor for about an hour now but it's is perfect condition and operating as expected.   Settler worked with me had a machine that came in faulty with the bad switch. They were able to send out a new part as soon as possible. And was able to get the machine fixed due to my troubles. They offered a partial refund, and I did appreciate that. They are a very good seller and I do recommend them.   I’ve been in business for years, and I’ve never come across a company as incredible as the one I purchased my 150W 35x50 CO2 Laser Engraver from. Although the crate was dropped during shipping, the company took full responsibility. They hired a technician, sent replacement parts, and issued several refunds to ease the stress.   First, there were issues with the shipping. It was on the shipping company and not the seller. The seller was very helpful with getting it worked out. I do like the printer a lot. Second, I did have an issue with one part of the printer and once again the seller was very helpful with getting it resolved. They were patient and helpful with all my questions or complaints. I would recommend this DTF printer and this seller.
