Although the crate was dropped during shipping, the company took full responsibility. They hired a technician, sent replacement parts, and issued several refunds to ease the stress.   First, there were issues with the shipping. It was on the shipping company and not the seller. The seller was very helpful with getting it worked out. I do like the printer a lot. Second, I did have an issue with one part of the printer and once again the seller was very helpful with getting it resolved. They were patient and helpful with all my questions or complaints. I would recommend this DTF printer and this seller.
