I never heard anything further, even when I asked them to confirm if product would be delivered. It was a two week palava, wouldn't have arrived in time for intended event. Had to cancel in the end and got no apology or further communication. Disappointing and frustrating. 15 years of using Ebay and first time I have had to complain.....
