  Seller shipped promptly and item arrived at delivery center in 3 days, but FEDEX lost my package and tracking stopped at the delivery center. A week later, a person from a nearby neighborhood came to my house and gave me the wheel. The FEDEX driver put my package in with their shipment, didn't even verify nor scan it as delivered.
