  This brand of instant expresso is great. However he shipping method was not so great. It was shipped FEDEX "untracked" and was never received. I was not aware you could ship an item without any tracking number. After passing the expected delivery date, I contacted the seller I was informed that it was damaged in shipment and they would send a replacement. Evidently packing was not so great either. It had already been 9 days since it was ordered so I just requested a refund. Refund was prompt.

  Ordered twice and I received both orders incomplete in Walmart packaging??? I contacted the seller twice and he just partially refunded me but I wanted what I had ordered !!! Seller still has more of these up for sale so I don't understand it.
