  Huge box left outside-Didn’t ring doorbell/knock on door. Box severely damaged-To heavy for 1 person to move-Was retaped as stated in tracking update. Missing parts Delivered with wrong parts-No directions, 1 paper insufficient drawings. Packaged with no protection materials. All pcs factory stuffed into inner bottom chair by electric motor-Arm rests compressed in airtight plastic causing permanent rinkels-Paid $68 for non refundable 5 year Allstate warranty. Nightmare. Cheap from China factory
