    The seller is unresponsive to concerns and inquiries, failing to communicate when issues arise. After mistakenly ordering the wrong item, I promptly requested a cancellation. However, the seller delayed for 48 hours before proceeding with shipment, ultimately denying my request on the grounds that the item was shipped already. Given their lack of responsiveness, purchasing from this seller is a risk, especially when many other sellers offer better value and customer service.

    Description indicated fully functioning and while it is, a bracket was missing for mounting the device in my cabinet. I reached out to the seller and they apologized and did mention it was show in the pictures but wasn't mentioned anywhere. They generously found a bracket for me and have shipped it. The device functions perfectly and will be securely racked once that bracket gets here. A++++ Seller. Would definitely deal with them again.

    I paid for the items, but then the next day got a notice of refund and that the items were cancelled, Seller reason was items were not in stock or damaged. But then the seller relisted the same items at a higher price on the same day I got refunded. WOW!!!!! I can't recommend this seller. NOT trustworthy. BUYER BEWARE! Be sure to check ratings on sellers and read their negative feedback to know what kind of seller you may be dealing with!
