    We got everything sorted out. Seller turned out to be quite pleasant to deal with. I think it was a combination of misunderstanding from language barrier and national events happening in their country. I cannot honestly claim it was accurate since it s a copy of the open builds mill but i can say, having gotten a sense of the saller that it was not deliberate deception. And it does seem to work as intended so far at least. So i changed my raring to neutral. I think that s fair and honest.

If shipping costs had actually increased then the selling price of the item should have increased - which is has not. Read an excerpt below: "and you need to pay the shipping price spread is $56....to move forward the shipment."
