Which I don't know if you can blame the seller or not, cause they always say they have a warehouse and a packet and shipping department. The seller does reply within a day or two. The question is, would I do business in the future with this company? Yes I would give this company another chance, but I would try another company since there is so many on eBay, if same problem happen

One thing to consider is, the seller chooses to ship the item in the manufacturers packaging. It's the absolute minimum amount of protection and not intended for the item to be shipped individually.
