    The item I ordered never arrived, told by the seller it went missing by the courier, and I would receive a refund...many many weeks later, after so many emails requesting a refund, nothing has happened. I very rarely write negative reviews, but be very cautious about ordering from this company. Unfortunately I'll now have to take this up directly with ebay. This is my hard earned money!!! Such terrible service and commitment to customer service.
