    Book arrived on time. It arrived packaged very neatly & secure. It was described as New - unread. Unfortunately the plastic protector on the bottom corner was slightly ripped on arrival & the back softcover was bent, as were some of the pages as a result. Hard to know if it shipped like that or was damaged in transit as the rest of the book was pristine. Seller also ignored all my messages unfortunately. Will give benefit of the doubt as it came very far, but would probably use again.

    My package was accidentally sent to another address (mailman error), and I reported it and quickly the seller replied! Thankfully, my neighbor handed me my package! The book was thoughtfully packaged! It was all so nice! It was wrapped carefully and the box was very well protected!
