OMS sent a second item and after a couple UPS delays it arrived. The communication with OMS was great. Too bad UPS tarnishes their image.

For those that need to know, this is not USA made stock, but it's not Chinese either. My bar measures 1.745 as delivered. Most people will be fine with that as they tend to machine to smaller dimensions anyway.
