    Was happy with this purchase but had a few things that could have been better. The item was as described and the condition was as expected based on the listing. Shipping left some to be desired, controller was shipped loose in a standard bubble mailer envelope which could open up the possibility to damage in transit. The controller was also noticeably dirty with residues on the face, a quick wipe down before sale would be nice. Overall decent controller for 25$

    What is displayed in the listings photos, such as the Xbox 360 S, was not what I received in the package. Instead, I received the Xbox 360 E model which left me feeling confused & obviously disappointed because I was expecting to receive what was shown in the photos of the listing. On top of that, when I reached out to the seller letting him know about the error he had made, he was careless with his choice of words & failed to properly take accountability on his mistake as a seller being made.

    Even though they didn't have to they mailed my order to the correct address as my shipping address was incorrect, that was my oversight. They were responsive and shipped it to where I actually live. Product is working as described
