Although this used laptop purchased from seller is several years old, it looks brand new. Seller packed the items very carefully to protect in transit. Package arrived in timely manner. Problem with battery compatibility with laptop and incorrect AC cord was supplied, but seller quickly shipped out a replacement items that function properly, and those items were also packed carefully. Great seller, would recommend for repeat business!
