Unfortunate the poor little cherub appeared he was run over by a USPS truck. He was severely damaged....terminal! I contacted the seller with photos and got an immediate response. He was agreeable to initiating the USPS claim and provided me an immediate refund. An honorable seller! Top notch! Very positive!
