  My first NEGAVE FEEDBACK in over 20 years with eBay and close to 2,000 transactions. I received a defective item, informed the seller who offered a minimal refund - I declined and after several attempts, and involving eBay I received a full purchase refund but, the seller refused to send a return label, so I mailed the item back and never received the refund for return shipping. I waited 2 weeks, and sent 2 reminders for the shipping refund but, I did not receive an answer - STAY AWAY

  Meanwhile the seller has credited the disputed shipping cost with purchase of another item. Maybe the seller is not quite familiar with handling complaints here on eBay, and is willing to learn. Still it was quite a struggle to get a complete refund - over 30 e-mails back and forth within more than 2 months. So, feel free to buy from the seller but, be patient trying to resolve any problems.
