OmniTechRecycling responded within 1 business day, searched their warehouse, found a replacement, and shipped it the next day—at no extra cost! Truly above and beyond. 2 million stars if I could.     Switch arrived 2 days later than expected and the box it came in was soaked, but this USPS' fault and not the seller's. The switch itself was packed well and was bone-dry with no moisture on or around it. The switch itself arrived as described and looked brand new with no scuffs, dings, or scratches. For the price, this switch was a great deal and I will be doing business with this seller again.
