    First I received the incorrect part but reached out to the company and we agreed that I will come to the store personally and return the item and not just swap out the item he also installed it at no cost this company is amazing and have so much inventory in stock and have a watchmaker on hand so not wait at all it was the best experience I’ve ever had with a Jewler ever so if I was to rate this company they definitely get 10 stars from me and fyi going back down next week to do more business
