    Thank you for offering a complete package of items needed to get the equipment into service. The equipment looks to be in excellent condition and you offer and excellent value. The data/accessory plug is the only item missing that is needed to complete the package. You need to improve your packaging for shipment as the box with my gear burst open at one corner. Luckily nothing fell out. Use a larger box and more packing material between items, please!!

    I did not receive the item that i purchased. The item i received has a broken face plate that is totally unusable . The internal radio has been tampered with as if someone attempted to make repairs. The entire unit is totally junk and can not be used. I contacted the seller and let them know they sent me the wrong repeater as it does not match the photo of the one I bought. I did not get any response from them at all. They sent me the wrong item.Photo shows what it looked like when I opened box.
