  When my purchase arrived it was incomplete, missing one piece that was present in the sellers pics, (I.e. the secret compartment “drawer” for the toucan). Discussions with seller failed to resolve the cause of the absence. The seller’s faulty reasoning was erroneous when incorrectly claiming the puzzle box could only fit together if all pieces were present. This claim is INCORRECT! Will never purchase from this seller again!!!

  Everything I suggested fell on deaf Ears! I Buyer refused to send Photo of the dismantled Puzzle Box and therefore I was unable to even get an idea of what Buyer was referring to. No attempt from him was made to return or file Item not as described. He messaged that the matter was concluded and 3 days later sent a neg. I honestly believe I would not have been able to make this person happy regardless.
