  We ordered this as advertised to be 11/16 bore. When it arrived it was stamped 9/16 bore. The seller does not accept returns which forced us to go to Ebay for returning the item and getting our dollars credited back to our card. Wopuld have been much easier if they would have co-operaqted in the first place because they are bound by Ebay regs to accept any item not as described. Probabley will not buy from again. But only giving a neutral designation due to comleted return.
