He couldn't supply a larger size but a returns process was advised & a refund was given virtually straight away on receipt of the returned item.     Product as described and came with an ebay certification tag which gave me confidence it was a real Salomon product. It was well packed. It was dispatched quickly but it was slightly confusing to be told it was being delivered to find it was being delivered to certification. It was then shipped to me using a different shipping company so I got different tracking information.
