How do I do it? I grind for a coarse blend not powder, Organic Cane alcohol & Ojai well water is used for extraction of the herbs, Organic glycerin holds it together, providing a smoother taste. The mixture is allowed to sit, rest, and shaked, followed by a double decoction technique that removes enough alcohol to not taste it. in turn creating a concentrate.
"Alcohol can never fully be removed" (not recommended for small children).
Ingestion recommended Is 2 droppers (depends on how much effect you want) with a small amount of juice, hot water or water. Can easily be taken straight just have water to wash it down. It'
