I keep getting the runaround from the company saying it has shipped but the tracking information has not changed since the initial purchase. After doing research online on Old Bones, I see there are numerous negative reviews from customers going through the same issue with one person saying they were blackmailed into taking down a negative review in order to get a refund. I’d just like a refund for my order.
