  Item was as described but the seller plays the shipping game. Seller created a shipping label but didn't drop the package off to the carrier for days. Hence the item wasn't actually shipped which is misleading. Try to explain to a 5 year old why her toy hasn't come yet after telling her it was shipped. Ebay considers item's shipped when labels are made, so seller should not create labels until they can deliver the package to the carrier. Even with a 1 day holiday, seller still took 5 extra days!

  I am sorry that you are not happy with the transaction. I printed out your label and got your package ready on July the 3rd, but unfortunately the post office was closed on July the 4th weekend and your package started moving on Monday, July the 7th. In any case, your package arrived to you before the eBay estimate. Thank you
