  As Described Seller was very polite and offered to have me return this for a refund but my shipping cost to return it would be cost prohibitive. The wine cooler is described as having the wind chiller included but when it arrived it was not in there IMO she should have checked to be sure it was in there before making the listing description and for sure before sending
