    I have a return policy, but the buyer kept her dress. Unsure why if she says it was wrong. but it sounds like she is happy.

    The ornament arrived very fast; however, the box was dented on all sides and the ornament smashed due to mishandling by USPS. The seller was not at fault in any way.
