  Although I haven’t installed the unit as of yet it was shipped next day of purchased it’s a brand new unit and everything was as described in the box. I also purchased My Dream and Dream On frangance Oil and both smell very good. I got the presidential diffuser and I’m really excited to have it install to my HVAC. The seller did a good job on packing the product and seem very responsible on fast shipping. Thank you
