    This experience was frustrating and humbling at the same time. The product picture was not accurate for the item I purchased. But the description was. Had I read the description correctly, I am not sure I would have bought the item. That being said, I have enjoyed Backcountry for years of great service. And this purchase, although confusing when I received something different than I "thought' I ordered, was a great deal on a good product, and the communication from the seller was fast.

    Very fast shipping, what I received was the same backpack as in the picture. It was cheaper than buying direct from Sierra design. It looks bigger in the picture on eBay and Sierra design.
