    Unit was advertised as new condition in a box and actually it was used with a dent in the lower door. No key for the lock. Unit was wrap with a bubble plastic and unable to inspect till we got home. I informed the seller and they said it was advertised as a mistake and offered a full refund. The logistics of moving the unit back to seller in heavy traffic to take up to 3 hours makes it impossible. Used file cabinet are selling for half the price seller was advertised.

    Chair came weeks later than expected, seller cited warehouse issues. That's fine, except that it came in the most destroyed box you could imagine, and in bits. Since this was so poorly packaged and disassembled (the tension cables were wrapped up in a way that I would not recommend for shipping or storage. Many of the plastic clips for various parts of the chair were chipped off, and a scooped up quite a few from the box. Gas tube also seems to be on it's last leg. Wouldn't recommend.
