  It is apparent that these guys are professionals. The tailgate was shipped very quickly and got here fast. It was exactly as shown on the site. Having bought body parts on-line before I was a bit worried that it may be damaged in shipment. These guys know what they are doing. This tailgate was extremely well packed in a padded, heavy duty cardboard container marked with "fragile" stickers. The shipper would have had to go to lengths to damage it. We are very pleased with the whole transaction.

  All I can say is this is one of the best companies I have dealt with online, communication was amazing, I did not see a banner from eBay stating they would be out of office for a week, my Bad, yet I sent a message and they replied within 5 minutes. While on vacation. Then they sent the Tailgate before the new expected date. The packing of the tailgate was impeccable. OEMresale has got a new life long Ford F250 customer.   Condition was as described but wrong taillight sent. Seller offered a refund but I decided to keep it for when I break the other side and they sent me the correct one faster. Communication was slow at first. Good seller all in all.
