    This very specific item was well advertised and arrived on the early side of their shipping window. The quality and condition of the circuit board looks great and it was well protected in the shipping box. I am waiting for warmer weather to install the circuit board in my hot tub but everything looks perfect so far. Good seller!

    Pump is as described except the broken back cover obviously from shipping damage , hopefully the pump isn’t cracked when I get it hooked up , shipping was kinda a joke they used ups which ups Is a joke around here !!! Send offer on Sunday night and they accepted Monday early morning … then I had to ask on Wednesday when they were gona ship it … they told me tomorrow on Thursday and they finally dropped it off late Friday , so if u need a pump quick I would probably look elsewhere….

    Our handling time is clearly stated in our listing and we were in that time frame for shipping when he messaged and asked about shipping, then when we were unable to ship the next day we upgraded the shipping to overnight and he got it sooner than was promised when he purchased it. We go the extra mile when its necessary and know our customer needs the item, if he had told us at the time of purchase he was in a hurry we would have been sure it left the day or next day after he purchased item
