Just a note to any other prospective buyers: the hose did not come in the original factory box packaging as shown in the listing picture but instead came in a plain brown cardboard box, but the hose was in new unused condition and I tested it out and it did not have any leaks and performed as expected.

This was a fabulous deal! This item was branded as used, however it was brand new in box with the exception of one of the heads had been very used & was broken (assuming it an Amazon return item). I contacted dyson & they sent me a brand new head under warranty. I got a brand new machine for half price basically! Great ebayer!! I did however send them 2 messages & never got any responses which was a little odd. Nevertheless I’m ordering more things from them. Thanks!!
