  Very satisfied with the repair of my factory Bose amplifier. They answered all my questions and also helped me diagnose the problem after I installed the repaired amplifier. Turns out my factory head unit is also defective. They offered to repair it also for a reasonable price but I opted to install aftermarket head unit . The shipping process was very quick . They did the repair the same day they received my amplifier and shipped it back to me the next day. The whole process was 9 days !

  Great experience. Very communicative throughout. Really quick turnaround time (seller received our item on a Saturday morning, had it repaired and back in the mail to us by Monday). Seems to have solved all of our issues (static, radio cutting in/out, loud static pops, etc). Overall 5/5 service and would absolutely recommend.

  Dealer wanted $3000 to replace and program. Very easy to deal with. I sent one message asking info and 1 message during repair and both were answered within an hour. The hardest part about this was finding a box to ship.... I got the receiver back, installed in a few minutes, and everything was back to working perfectly.   Did a great job. Communication was good, price was excellent! return shipping was 3 weeks in the mail. They obviously don't control mail however stop using USPS . Charge a few dollars more and provide faster shipping options

  The amplifier for my 2016 RAV 4 came quickly and fit perfectly. But it established that my original amp was not faulty. Contacted seller and explained the situation, he took it back on a return which was greatly appreciated. He was very understanding. I was only out some shipping charges. Great seller!
